A big part of running a Smash Room is ensuring we have plenty of smashables and a good variety to keep it interesting.

If you are willing to donate your old unwanted items to this new revolution in entertainment and stress relief, then we would love to hear from you.

Please send us a message either using the contact form below, by sending an email or through our Socials and we will get in touch to make arrangements for drop off or collection.

 

Please note that we may not be able to take your items as there are a few things we need to check to ensure the safety of our patrons.

We accept the following items:

• Crockery

• Glassware

• Electronic equipment (TV's, computers, printers, keyboards, modems, telephones etc.)

We don't accept:

- Furniture

- Rubbish

We are often asked what we do with the items once they have been smashed. The simple answer is RECYCLE!!!

​

We have reached out to the local recycling businesses to see how we can work together to ensure that the majority of our waste is recycled. This involves some manual labour by our team as we sort through the smashed stuff and arrange with these businesses to collect the sorted items. This includes:

• Plastics

• Metal

• Glassware

• Ceramics and crockery

• E-waste

We have also reached out to the craft community and asked if they would be interested in having a look at the glass and ceramics that could be reused in mosaic works etc.

​

For the parts that do end up in landfill, this will take up a smaller footprint due to be broken into smaller parts before getting to landfill
